(CNN Business)Women still aren’t getting ahead. New data from McKinsey & LeanIn.org shows that women’s advancement in the workplace has stalled considerably. Women are still less likely to be promoted than their male counterparts. One in five women even reported that they are often the only woman or one of the only women at the table in their workplace. “This disparity continues despite women doing their part,” Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg said in a statement. “The 2018 report shows that progress isn’t just slow — it’s stalled.”
